Shipping/ Refund Policy

Due to Covid-19, couriers are experiencing a slight delay in deliveries.

 

Shipping:

Order shipping time is 3-5 business days. Processing time is 2-3 business days. (Remember processing time is added to shipping time.) Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.

 

ERIS is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once your order leaves our premises it is a liability of the USPS.

If your package says delivered but you can't find it, please contact your local post office before contacting ERIS. We DO NOT refund or offer store credit for lost or stolen packages. 

All sale items are final sale!! No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be permitted. 

 

Refunds:

Refunds or order cancellations may only be made prior to orders being shipped. For security reasons, no address changes will be made following the order being placed.
